We do not offer or facilitate the ability to leave comments on our website. However, our Facebook Page is the vehicle for  to visitors to leave comments for us as well as have a dialogue with other Facebook users about Plantar Fasciitis and our products and services, subject to Facebook’s privacy policies.

Purchase Information

The results of any purchase, whether approved or declined is stored in our system to include the payment processors transaction number and the result of the transaction.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you use our contact form to get in touch with us, we capture your name, email address, as well as the IP address your device has originated from.
